About Me

I moved to the Pacific Northwest from Chicago in 1975 and settled in Seattle, WA. After attending Evergreen State College, I started a remodeling business and enjoyed more than twenty eight years in the housing industry; remodeling residential and commercial properties.

Last year I was one of the first Real Estate Brokers in the Pacific Northwest to achieve the National Association of Realtors “Green” designation. The NAR Green focuses on developing an understanding of sustainable building and remodeling practices that are helping to move our industry toward improved energy efficiency. As a property manager (and avid gardener), I recently developed a community garden and compost program for an apartment complex that has won the hearty approval of the SPU, by reducing the organic waste that ends up in the landfills. In addition to the new garden area for the residents, our garden composting process saves money for the owners by reducing the cost for the waste service!

I am thoroughly delighted with helping my clients understand the entire Real Estate sale process. I have spent the first few years of my Real Estate career by helping home owners list their properties and navigate the process of a short sale with their banks and lien holders. I have extensive training in the short sale process and in working with distressed property situations.

If you would enjoy working with someone who will listen to you, and be thoroughly dedicated to your real estate needs, then give me a call. You will enjoy the process and you will benefit from the dynamic support of my entire team of professionals. Achieving your real estate goals is very important to me. Together we can overcome any situation in real estate! I will provide you with the expertise, and guidance that you will need to help you achieve your real estate objectives. I look forward to talking with you!
